Today we drove from Tucson to Ozona Texas where we stayed in the Americas Best Value Inn. We cooked and ate dinner in our room.
The highlight from today’s drive was passing the Bhutanese style architecture of University of Texas El Paso. Although we could not see it from the highway, tUT El Paso is now home to the Buddhist temple that was built for the 2008 Smithsonian Folklife Festival
Apparently mohair is produced from Angora goats in this area but I did not see any goats nor shops selling mohair.
Small towns seems to often have a quilt shop in addition to a dollar store and there are many dollar store trucks on the highways.
