Our family loves cranberry sauce and they always request this one in addition to any new recipes we try. It only takes a few minutes to make this creamy tangy sauce that can be frozen and stored for several months. The ingredients are unusual but well balanced with no single flavor predominating.
- 2 Cups raw organic cranberries
- 1 Small onion
- 1/4 Cup honey
- 3/4 Cup full fat Greek style yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons prepared horseradish (e.g. Gold’s)
Directions:

- Freeze in ice cube trays
- Store the frozen cranberry cubes in freezer bags
- Partially thaw before serving
